Compensation for habitability, code, & safety violations at the Palazzo:
All current and former residents of Palazzo West have a claim to significant statutory compensation and a refund of up to 50% of the rent we have paid over the last four years. Many residents’ claims may exceed $115,000 per apartment. This includes all current residents. Depending on the timeline, it can also include former residents. You may be aware of some of these problems from personal experience and/or from attending some of the recent LA Housing Department's Code Enforcement Hearings about Palazzo West. You may also have received notices in your mail about some of Palazzo West’s problems from the Los Angeles Housing Department’s Enforcement Division.

LAST CALL UPDATE 6/30/25:  The Deadline to join & claim compensation is  July 14, 2025.  Based on the valuable new LA Housing Department (Enforcement Division) updates from April, the attorney we are all working with is now finalizing the list of residents and proceeding with claims for compensation.
